The first step is to have me complete a Comparative Market Analysis for your home.  Many agents prefer to show up at your home on their first visit with a Market Analysis in hand.  I prefer a two visit approach to analyzing your homes value. Professional Photographs

We've all seen the photos online.  Pictures of homes at an awkward angle, interior photos so dark you can't see the room, pictures of rooms taken without a wide lens so all you see is a single piece of furniture, and pictures of bathrooms that just show a toilet.  When you list with me, your home will have professional photos taken.  I know that I do a great job selling homes, but I am not a quality photographer!  With over 80% of home buyers starting their home search online, it is absolutely imperative that your home have top notch, professional photographs being presented on web and social media marketing.  When you list with me, your home will have the benefit of being photographed by a professional local photographer no matter if your home is a studio condo or a water front estate!
