The Development

Sawgrass South is comprised of both single family homes and townhomes. The single family homes were constructed by MI Homes and Piccard Homes and there are both single level homes and two story floor plans to choose from.
The townhomes in Sawgrass South were also built by multiple builders with both 2 story and 3 story home options. Some of the 3 story homes come equipped with elevator access to all floors! Some of the 2 story townhome floor plans offer a first floor owner's suite and all have a 1 car attached garage.
