Welcome to Sawgrass at White Oak Creek! Sawgrass is located west of Route 1 just off of Old Landing Road. Residents love the location approximately 5 miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and close to all Route 1 shopping and restaurants.
The Development
Sawgrass at White Oak Creek is better known as "Sawgrass North" and "Sawgrass South." When you search for homes in this community, homes in both North and South will appear in your search results. Sawgrass North and Sawgrass South have separate gated entrances and there is driving and walking access between the two areas within the communities.
The amenities at Sawgrass are gorgeous and you get double the amenities! Sawgrass South is comprised of both single family homes and townhomes. The single family homes were constructed by MI Homes and Piccard Homes and there are both single level homes and two story floor plans to choose from.
The townhomes in Sawgrass South were also built by multiple builders with both 2 story and 3 story home options. Some of the 3 story homes come equipped with elevator access to all floors! Some of the 2 story townhome floor plans offer a first floor owner's suite and all have a 1 car attached garage.
