The most recent townhomes constructed in Grande at Canal Pointe are 2 story units with 3 bedrooms, first floor owners suites, 1 car attached garages, and unfinished basements. Many owners have finished the basements, adding additional living area.

The single family homes in Grande at Canal Pointe were constructed by NV Homes. During the development of the neighborhood there were multiple floor plans offered, most with main floor living. Some homes back to wooded areas and select home sites were able to accommodate basements.
