The Development
Residents of The Grande at Canal Pointe can enjoy an active lifestyle with 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, clubhouse with fitness room, walking trails, and convenient access to the Junction & Breakwater Trail! Condos
The single level condominiums are available in several different floor plans. They are either 2 or 3 bedroom homes and have elevator access to all floors! Townhomes
The townhomes were constructed by different builders, so there are different floor plans to choose from in various locations around Grande at Canal Pointe. The earlier townhomes are 3 story homes with 3 or 4 bedroom floor plans. The interior finishes vary, with many of the units offering upgraded finishes, gas fireplaces, and view balconies. The most recent townhomes constructed in Grande at Canal Pointe are 2 story units with 3 bedrooms, first floor owners suites, 1 car attached garages, and unfinished basements. Many owners have finished the basements, adding additional living area.
Single Family Homes
The single family homes in Grande at Canal Pointe were constructed by NV Homes. During the development of the neighborhood there were multiple floor plans offered, most with main floor living. Some homes back to wooded areas and select home sites were able to accommodate basements.
