This amazing location is just 2 miles to downtown Lewes, 2.5 miles to the sands of Lewes Beach, and 4 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park! Hawkseye has approximately 165 home sites ranging in size from just under 1/2 acre to over 2 acres. There are both interior and perimeter home sites with both cleared and wooded lots. The largest and most expensive lots are located within a gated section known as "Hawksnest." The minimum square footage requirement in Hawkseye is 3,000 square feet, so homes range from 3,000 to well over 6,500 square feet in addition to any finished or unfinished basement area.
